We are seeking experienced Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs) to join our growing Home Health & Hospice team.

Requirements:

Minimum 1 year of Home Health and Hospice experience required
Active California LVN license
Strong clinical and documentation skills
Reliable transportation
