We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Hospice/Health Aide to join our team. In this role, you will provide essential support to patients in a hospice setting, ensuring their comfort and dignity during end-of-life care. The ideal candidate will have experience in patient care and a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for individuals with terminal illnesses.

- Assisting patients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and dressing.
- Monitoring and recording vital signs to ensure the well-being of patients.
- Supporting patients with mobility needs, including lifting and transferring them safely.
- Documenting medical information accurately to maintain up-to-date patient records.
- Offering companionship and emotional support to patients and their families.
- Collaborating with healthcare professionals to implement individualized care plans.
Requirements
To be considered for this position, candidates should possess the following qualifications:

- Previous experience in home care or hospice settings is preferred.
- CNA Certified
- HHA Certified
- Reliable Transportation
- Knowledge of CPR techniques and ability to respond effectively in emergencies.
- Familiarity with medical documentation practices is an asset.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work compassionately with diverse populations.
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting and moving patients safely.
- A commitment to providing high-quality patient care while respecting individual dignity and privacy.

Compensation: $45.00 - $50.00 per hour
